Global Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation and its American chapter, Tzu Chi USA, aim to empower communities by providing charity, disaster relief, medical care, and educational support where and when needed. By supporting the underprivileged and those in unfavorable circumstances, family by family, we enhance wellbeing and cultivate harmony in society. This charity art performance both celebrates and supports our missions.
Witness the power of perseverance as the world-renowned China Disabled People’s Performing Art Troupe presents “My Dream,” an extraordinary dance honoring the omnipotent benevolence of the One-Thousand-Hands Bodhisattva Guan Yin, revered by Buddhists as the Goddess of Mercy who watches over the world and swiftly comes to the aid of those who suffer. The troupe, which has appeared at the Paralympic Games and been referred to as "UNESCO Artist for Peace" by the United Nations, mesmerizes and moves the hearts of audiences everywhere with its indomitable spirit and positive attitude to life, a testament to how every challenge can be transformed.
