2018 TIMA USA CONVENTION

Humanistic Healthcare

March 22-25, 2018 | Fresno, CA

Watch:

Sharing and Closing Ceremony

After four days of sessions, workshops, and sharing, the 2018 TIMA USA Convention concluded in Fresno, California, with a moving and emotional Sharing and Closing Ceremony on the afternoon of March 25th.

All the Tzu Chi medical professional and other volunteers in attendance, the total count reaching 297, had bonded over the course of the convention, deepening their commitment to Tzu Chi and TIMA’s missions. They would now take their impressions and memories home, as inspiration and support on their continuing path of humanitarian service until the next time they would convene as a group.

The 2018 convention concluded with the announcement of details about the 2019 TIMA Global Forum, which will take place in Los Angeles from March 27-31.

The previous global forum took place in Malaysia in 2017, with close to 1,000 attendees and 900 supporting volunteers. All present made an aspiration to surpass those numbers in 2019, drawing even more like-minded people together to serve through the offering of humanistic healthcare to those in need.

Thank you all for joining us.
Mark your calendars and we'll see you in March 27-31, 2019 for the
2019 TIMA Global Forum.
