West Houston Underwater

Disaster Relief

If the flooding from Hurricane Harvey wasn’t enough, residents of West Houston must also brave the added waters released from the Barker and Addicks reservoirs, fearing their collapse, and causing even more destruction. The community won’t see the water gone for weeks, leaving them displaced for what would seem like an eternity for those affected. Our volunteers in Rosenberg and Richmond have conducted assessment, and are preparing for distributions.
